Integrated Record Builder
Inspection Test Records (ITRs) are fundamental to any completion system. ELEMENTS-AI has an integral Record Builder which allows the creation of digital versions of your companies ITRs, for use on both Web and Mobile applications.
Tag Control
Assets and Equipment are controlled via a tag control register within the ELEMENTS-AI software. Each Tag collects metadata during its life cycle, which is stored in the central data repository, and transferred to the client during the handover process.
Preservation
An integral Preservation system allows each tagged item to have set periodic inspections over a set frequency. This reduces costly replacements by ensuring that tagged items are suitably preserved during the construction, commissioning and Operations phases of a project.
Management of Change
Site, Technical and Engineering queries can be raised, tracked and controlled through the software's Management of Change register. Tracking change through the in-built register mitigates any costly errors due to change in project specification.
Punch Management
An integral Punch Management system allows users to raise, control and close out items which are in need of repair or correction. This ensures the inadvertent energisation or handover of systems through punch management control, giving the user the assurance that technical integrity has been achieved for the system.
Mobile Application
An accompanying mobile application allows users to execute the planned work scope at location. This offers a fully digital solution, significantly reduces the administrative burdens with on-site execution, and gives real-time updates and progress.
Interactive Dashboard and Reporting
Interactive dashboards are available on both the web and mobile applications. This real-time project data allows users to accurately report the status of the project and plan accordingly based on the data.
Handovers
Fully customisable templates can be set for handover documentation. Each handover document contains all the metadata associated to the tagged items contained within a system, ensuring all collated project data is suitable transferred to the client.
